Test with Axess
In Liverpool, your local sexual health clinic is Axess.
National HIV Testing Week 2025 is just around the corner, kicking off next week on Monday 10th February. There’s no better time to get tested and know your status. What are you waiting for?
HIV can affect anyone, so it’s best to test regularly – that means at least once a year, or more often if you have multiple sexual partners.
If you have HIV, it’s best to know. An early diagnosis means you can get support and get on treatment, which means you can live a healthy life with a manageable condition.
HIV treatment in the UK is free for everybody, regardless of where you were born or how you identify.
Testing is the only way to be certain of your HIV status. It’s free and easy, and you can test in a way that works for you – whether you want to test at home, at a clinic, or out and about, there’s an option for you.
Did you know? Effective treatment reduces the level of HIV in your blood to ‘undetectable’ levels, so you stay healthy and you can’t pass on HIV to your partners. Undetectable = Untransmittable!
This National HIV Testing Week, you can find PaSH at venues across Liverpool for sexual health information and advice, free condoms and lube, and testing.
